REAL JUNKPDX PROJECT
Garage cleanout, before & after.
A garage cleanout can focus on the contents that need to leave while keeping the useful parts of the space in place. These photos show the same JunkPDX project before and after removal.

The removal scope
Furniture, boxes and loose household items had filled the garage. The agreed contents were carried out and hauled away. The before-and-after pair shows the change in floor space within that removal scope.
What stayed in place
Shelving, appliances, utility equipment and kept belongings remain in the after photo. Cleared floor space makes room around those retained items.
FROM THIS PROJECT TO YOURS
Plan a similar cleanout.
Start with the boundaries of your own project. A few clear decisions help the onsite walkthrough distinguish unwanted contents from the tools, equipment and storage you want to keep.
- Identify each included corner, shelf and floor area; note any spaces that are excluded.
- Separate and label kept belongings before the crew reviews what can leave.
- Photograph the full contents and describe the carrying route, steps and loading access.
- Point out heavy or uncertain items for review and approve the final scope before loading.
